How did you start racing? I always wanted to be a race truck driver since I was a little boy. Growing up I always had a passion for cars and trucks, that's all I grew up around. As a kid, I loved going to the Off Road Expo which to me was my version of Disneyland. One day when I was sixteen, my father and I found a truck on the Internet in Arizona that was almost Regional Series ready. We then bought the truck, looked into the Lucas Oil Regional Series and started building/completing the truck for its first race! That was honestly the coolest thing I have ever done in life! None of this could not have been possible without the help of God, my family (especially my dad) and all of the other mini stock drivers.

What is your favorite part about the Regional Series? What I love about the Regional series is that it’s like one big family at the track. Everyone is so nice/respectful to each other, extremely helpful and extremely welcoming! The Regional series is also a very affordable series for those who want to go out there and race. It's also a great first step for those who are trying to make it to the Nationals one day like myself!

What are your 2016 season race goals for your program? My father and I have a team that we call "Reyes Racing." A couple of our goals this season are: to finish in the top five every race, set new personal lap times every race, and get on the podium! Of course we’d like ot get our first win and just go out and have a great time with our family, sponsors, supporters and the fans!

What is your favorite race track and why? My favorite race track is definitely Lake Elsinore! Reason being is because you get some crazy speed there, it's a wide track so a lot of passing is always going on and you get to launch your truck off of some of the biggest jumps I have ever seen!

If you had to choose between; Prolite, Pro 2 and Pro 4, what is your dream truck to race in and why? That's a very tough question, but I would have to go with Prolite! As of right now, that is what I am working towards! I would race that class, because that's just a great class with a lot of competitors and it's also a great first step before jumping into a Pro 2 and or Pro 4 beast.

Would you like to give a shout out to your sponsors and people that help get you to the track? None of this would have been possible without the help of God, my sponsors, my supporters, my team and my father who push me and helps me out with everything. With this being said, I would like to thank, DC Shocks, DJ Safety, Joel (our welder) Papas & Beer/Rodrigo Ampudia, Rhino Wraps and Summers Brothers for all the help/support this season!
